1. Please take off your shoes indoors.
  2. The water from the taps is well water. It is not suitable for drinking.
  3. Noisy activities such as parties are strictly prohibited.
  4. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and smoking at the entrance or in front of the building is also strictly prohibited.
  5. Please be considerate of neighbors and refrain from making noise between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
  6. Please do not invite anyone other than registered guests into your room without permission.
  7. Please do not take away any decorations or equipment from the room (toilet paper, towels, etc.).
  8. Please be sure to turn off electrical appliances such as air conditioners, TVs, and lights when going out.
  9. Pets (dogs only. Up to 2 dogs. Large dogs are also allowed)
  10. Please use one towel per person and one set of linen.
  11. Cleaning is not provided during your stay. If the room becomes dirty, please clean it yourself.
  12. In case of an emergency, please contact us immediately by phone or SMS.
  13. Please keep the room clean.
  14. When checking out, please leave the room in the same condition as when you arrived.
  15. Late check-out will incur an additional fee of $20, and $20 for each additional hour thereafter.
  16. Please note that if you leave any items behind that cannot be disposed of as regular trash, such as suitcases or strollers, you may be charged a disposal fee.
