House rules

Please read these house rules before booking and before arrival.

1. Please take off your shoes indoors.
2. Parties and other loud activities are strictly prohibited.
3. Smoking is prohibited indoors, in front of the entrance, and in front of the building.
4. Please be considerate of our neighbors, especially during quiet hours from 21:00 to 07:00.
5. Do not bring anyone other than registered guests into the house without permission.
6. Please do not take decorations or supplies, including toilet paper and towels, home with you.
7. Please switch off the air conditioning, television, lights, and other appliances when going out.
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. Please use one towel and one set of linens per person.
10. Mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Please clean the house yourself if it becomes dirty.
11. For urgent assistance, contact us promptly by email or through the contact form.
12. Please keep the house clean.
13. When checking out, please try to leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived.
14. Late check-out incurs an additional charge of US$20, followed by US$20 for each additional hour.
15. A disposal fee may be charged for items left behind that cannot be disposed of as ordinary rubbish, such as suitcases or strollers.
