1. Please take off your shoes indoors.
  2. Loud activities, such as parties, are strictly prohibited.
  3. Indoor smoking is not allowed, and smoking in front of the entrance or the building is also strictly prohibited.
  4. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep the noise down between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  5. Do not bring anyone other than registered guests into the room without permission.
  6. Please do not take home any of the room's decorations or supplies (toilet paper, towels, etc.).
  7. When going out, please make sure to turn off appliances like the air conditioning, TV, and lights.
  8. Pets are not allowed.
  9. Please use one towel and one set of linens per person.
  10. We do not provide mid-stay cleaning. If the room gets dirty, please clean it yourself.
  11. In case of an emergency, please contact us immediately by phone or SMS.
  12. Please use the room cleanly.
  13. When checking out, please try to leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.
  14. If you check out late, there will be an additional charge of $20, and an additional charge of $20 per hour thereafter.
  15. Please note that if there are items left behind that cannot be disposed of as regular trash, such as suitcases or strollers, we may charge a disposal fee.
